                                                NOTICE OF PENDING SALE

 

            Be notified hereby that Payette County has resolved to sell real property acquired by virtue of a tax deed by public auction.  Said properties are described as follows:

 

Parcel # P1960008018A

            Land in the City and County of Payette, Idaho, as follows:  In Whiteley Heights Division No. 3, as per Plat in Book 2, Page 33, Plat Records, Payette County, Idaho; In Block 8:  That portion of Lots 14 & 15 lying East of the following described line:  Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 14: thence North in a straight line 100 feet  to the point of intersection of the North line of said Lot 15; Also, that portion of Lots 16 and 17 lying East of the following described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 16; thence East along the South line of said Lot 16 a distance of 130 feet to the True Point of Beginning for said line: thence N. 0°10’W. to the point of intersection of this line with the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 17.

            Said property is a portion north of 434 Perry Drive, Payette, Payette County, Idaho 83661 known as  Parcel #P1960008018A.  The name of the taxpayer as it appears in the delinquent tax certificate upon which the tax deed was issued is Robert and Michelle McLay.

 

 

            THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ALL BIDS AND SHALL HAVE DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY TO REJECT OR ACCEPT ANY BID WHICH MAY BE MADE FOR AN AMOUNT LESS THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL DELINQUENT TAXES, LATE CHARGES, COSTS AND INTEREST WHICH MAY HAVE ACCRUED AGAINST THE PROPERTY SO OFFERED FOR SALE, INCLUDING THE AMOUNT SPECIFIED IN THE TAX DEED TO THE COUNTY.

 

            THEREFORE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 16th day of May 2011 at 10:00 a. m. at the Payette County Courthouse, 1130 Third Avenue North, Room 104, Payette, Idaho, 83661 the Payette County Sheriff will sell the above described real property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in lawful money of the United States of America.
