Deputy Clerk/Recording Clerk position

Duties & Responsibilities: Deputy Clerk
Answer phones; route calls; wait on customers; issue marriage, liquor, fireworks, and catering licenses; accept passport applications; accept payments, make change, reconcile monies, and anything else required to conduct County business.

Duties & Responsibilities:  Recording Clerk
Manually and electronically record and scan properly prepared documents. Enter information from documents into computer, prepare reports as needed; export indexing information to the county website; scan and rescan old documents located on microfilm, replacing scanned images when necessary; make copies  and certify documents; maintain the Recording, Record of Survey, Subdivision Plat books, and microfilm.
