Payette County Recording requirements to record Surveys:

  1. One Full sized Mylar copy with surveyor’s seal, signature and date for us.
  2. One 8 ½” x 11” paper copy, with surveyor’s seal, signature and date for us.
  3. Index Number(s) printed or written on Survey.
  4. Surveying company’s or surveyor’s name printed or written on Survey.
  5. Name of customer for whom the survey was done printed or written on Survey.
  6. Enough room to affix our label without obscuring info on survey.
  7. $5.00 per page recording fee.
  8. Up to ten (10) extra copies (Mylar or paper) conformed at no extra cost for your records.

 

Payette County Recording requirements to record Subdivision Plats

  1. Two Full Size Mylar copy with all dates, signatures and notaries for us.
  2. One 8 ½” x 11” paper copy with all signatures and notaries for us. 
  3. All Engineering and City/County fees must be paid before we can record. 
  4. $11.00 fee per Subdivision up to 100 lots. 
  5. $.05 extra for every lot over 100 in the same Subdivision. 
  6. Up to ten (10) extra copies (Mylar or paper conformed for you at no extra cost for your records)

General Guidelines for No Previous Passport

  • All applicants must apply in person at Clerk's office
  • Passport application, filled out but not signed (available from Clerk's office or online through above link)
  • Certified copy of applicant's birth certificate
  • Current driver's license or picture I.D. (If you are out-of-state you will need two (2) forms of I.D.)
  • 1 passport photos
  • Check or money order to U.S. Department of State for application fee
  • Check, money order, credit card or cash to Payette County for execution fee.
  • Passport Renewal forms are available at the Clerk's office

Jurors 232 through 300,  the  Magistrate Jury Trial scheduled for Monday February 24th has been vacated.  You will not need to come in.  Please check back on Tuesday February 25th, after 5pm for possible trials scheduled for March 2-6th, 2020.

Jurors 302 through 505, unless previously excused, plan to be at the courthouse for the District Jury Trial Scheduled for Tuesday February 25th at 8:30am.   Please check back on Monday February 24th, after 5pm for any last minute changes.

All other jurors check the code-a-phone or visit the website on Tuesday February 25, 2020 after 5pm regarding any trials for the week of March 2-6, 2020.

 

As a qualified juror, you are responsible to visit this website, OR call the code-a-phone at 208-642-6049 every Tuesday, after 5:00 p.m. for  instructions.  Please read the entire message carefully.  This message and the code-a-phone operate 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends.
