III – Amending Payette County Code 8-10-3.A: Minimum Lot Or Tract Sizes, Yard Area, and Setbacks in Zone A: Payette County Planning & Zoning Commission proposed changes to amend setback requirements in Zone A to require setbacks of fifteen (15) feet on all sides except where property adjoins a road or road right-of-way, where the required setback shall be thirty (30) feet from the road or road right-of-way.

IV – Amending Payette County Code 8-8-4: Zone R – Residential: Payette County Planning & Zoning Commission proposed changes to delete the term “two-family dwellings” as a permitted use with engineered plat.
