Payette County Recording requirements to record Surveys:
- One Full sized Mylar copy with surveyor’s seal, signature and date for us.
- One 8 ½” x 11” paper copy, with surveyor’s seal, signature and date for us.
- Index Number(s) printed or written on Survey.
- Surveying company’s or surveyor’s name printed or written on Survey.
- Name of customer for whom the survey was done printed or written on Survey.
- Enough room to affix our label without obscuring info on survey.
- $5.00 per page recording fee.
- Up to ten (10) extra copies (Mylar or paper) conformed at no extra cost for your records.
Payette County Recording requirements to record Subdivision Plats
- Two Full Size Mylar copy with all dates, signatures and notaries for us.
- One 8 ½” x 11” paper copy with all signatures and notaries for us.
- All Engineering and City/County fees must be paid before we can record.
- $11.00 fee per Subdivision up to 100 lots.
- $.05 extra for every lot over 100 in the same Subdivision.
- Up to ten (10) extra copies (Mylar or paper conformed for you at no extra cost for your records)
