LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 Pursuant to established procedure, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Payette County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Each hearing will be held during the allotted time below or as soon thereafter as it may be heard. Due to COVID-19 restrictions currently in place, we invite interested parties to watch the proceeding live at https://www.facebook.com/PayetteCountyID. Based on current state and/or health and safety directives and guidelines, the County may limit the number of persons that may be present during the public hearing at any one time. Planning and Zoning members and interested parties can participate remotely through electronic means. Written testimony, exhibits and/or any documentation to be made a part of the hearing record and considered by the Commission must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. on February 18, 2021 to the Planning and Zoning Department at the address above or emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. Interested parties wanting to actively participate remotely through electronic means by calling or logging into the meeting and those wishing to attend in person must sign up prior to the meeting to receive the invitation link and/or phone number or to reserve a spot for in-person participation. If you would like to present any documentation during the hearing, it must be included in your email. The hearing officer shall be authorized to impose a 5-minute limitation on any oral testimony. If testimony is anticipated to exceed that 5-minute limit, it may be submitted in writing to the Planning and Zoning office to be part of the record. Due to limited seating, we ask that those attending in person wait in the hall until your name and hearing are called.
